Skills in Healthcare has achieved the Investors in People Gold Standard.

Skills in Healthcare UK, the contract sales arm of Alliance Healthcare, has been awarded Gold status by the national organisation Investors in People (IiP).

The internationally recognised accreditation is the sign of a great employer and an outperforming place to work. The Standard is underpinned by a rigorous assessment methodology and framework, with just seven percent of Investors in People accredited organisations having achieved the Gold Standard.

IiP assesses businesses and other organisations on a range of criteria and helps to improve performance through good practice in people management.  In order to secure the accreditation, evidence was gathered and assessed via employee and candidate interview carried out by an Investors in People assessor. The assessor explored processes and systems, and spoke to a selection of staff representing all levels within the business in confidential one-to-one interviews.
